Welcome to Lighthouse Counselling & Therapy
My name is Fallon and I would like to welcome you to Lighthouse Counselling & Therapy, based in Wrawby, North Lincolnshire. I provide a safe space where there is no judgement, a space where I feel it is a privilege to be able to work alongside my clients as they embark on their own individual journey towards self-awareness, empowerment, and enlightenment.
If you are feeling disconnected from yourself or from others or perhaps you have a sense of being lost, lonely or stuck. You may know that you would like things to be different but are feeling uncertain about how to make changes. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, angry, anxious, or sad about a current or past situation or relationship. Perhaps you feel you need more confidence but are unsure of where to start. Counselling is your time and space to explore and understand what is going on for you. We can work together to help you to make sense of your experiences, thoughts, and behaviours.
We are all individual and unique, so I use a variety of methods to provide a personalised service tailored to your needs.
Treatment Approach
Types of Therapy: • Creative Therapy • Integrative • Person-Centred
Integrative training allows us to use tools from different counselling models to help find the best way forward for you as an individual. The benefits of an Integrative Counsellor mean that if one model of counselling does not work for you, we can try another.

I am a member of the BACP and as such I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment, adhering to the Code of Ethics as set out on their website.

I attend monthly clinical supervision in order to ensure I maintain excellent standards of practice.

I am fully insured.
